We had the builders in recently and they 'lost' our remote control thermostat to operate the a/c. We tried replacing with a couple of generic universal remotes but they would turn it on and off but none of the timer functions or temperature controls/auto settings etc work.
Does anybody know where to get an original replacement? I know it is made by trane but I cannot find a model number anywhere?
Also if anybody had an instruction manual or anything similar they could scan or even let me see it would be much appreciated.
