Hi,
I returned last week and the course is the worst ive seen it since completing, saying that for a free round of golf I still cant complain.
The greens have all got the disease on some worse than others but are still well playable and nice, they are running very slow but it looks like they have put a bit more length on maybe to treat the problem.
The fairways are in very poor condition due to non watering but i suppose that will come if/or when the course eventually opens for public use. The rough is dead in most places and looks to need re seeding/laying??
All in all im happy to play it for free as an owner but no way on earth would you want to pay any money to play it. Ideally it needs plenty of work doing as it looks to me in a lot of places in danger or dying off all together.
The pools in our area were clean and a very nice temperature to swim in, the resort was the busiest I have seen it and we had an excellent week there as we always do.
The clubhouse and course need opening quickly to generate income and interest in the resort.
Hope this helps and have a nice time.
