Just received following update from Vivendoo via our President:-
' Iberdrola Elche have confirmed that the Company sub contracted to complete the connections has been hired. This Company has been carrying out measurements and tests on the existing electrical lines that run throughout the Sector MR9 and that have never been used. This is a requirement before any of the builders supply cables can be taken down.They need to make sure there are no areas of the lines that have suffered damages since they were installed by the developer . This is also required by Industry who will issue the certificates of installations once all lines have been measured and tested. They have explained that the timeline estimated for this work to be completed(January) has not been met as they have extended the area that they were initially going to test. Initially they were only to test the lines in what they call the first phase(built area) but are now checking the electrical lines in the whole of MR9 Sector, including those areas(second phase) that will not be taken over(recepcionado) by the Town Hall. Approximately 70/80% oh the installations and lines have been checked and measured. They are expecting to complete this month. Once the above has been completed they will start to take down the builder supply '.

Thank you vagabond, very difficult to get any information from San Jose, (now they're out of administration they seem to think they don't need to communicate anymore - surprising that!).

Hi Vagabond,
Thank you for the information about the electrics, this is very reassuring that progress is being made of one sort or another.
I guess once the electric is sorted then we will get our CoH’s?
Is there any news on the pools and what are they are doing to fix loose tiles and leaks?
Have any plans be given for the green area’s?

Hi All,
Just back from El Pinet. Work still progressing albeit slowly. Vivendoo have today advised that the next AGM will be held on Saturday 13th April.
Speak to your individual President for further details of times etc as there are 3 separate AGMs one for each area on the same day. Maintenance on all pools is carried out on a regular basis and all looked in good order.

Thank you for the info, looking to go to the AGM lots of questions need to be answered.
Still I'm sure progress is being made, just need to be informed.
