Golf Course Openning 1st December

That's really good news!!!!!! It sounds now more interesting for me as I was thinking about the possibility of purchasing a property at Corvera.

If the Golf Course is going to open soon and the Club House is fully finished and waiting for an openning date, I guess that it would be easier now for all the owners if they want to rent their properties there. So it seems to be a good investment for me.

Yes I believe that if you then combine this with the opening of the airport in April the opportunity to develop the resort is much better however we still have no real onsite facilities which are needed

The town of Corvera has good facilities with restaurant and shops still operating at inland Spain prices

I am pleased to advise that Corvera have now formally announced the openning of the course and some club house facilities from the 2nd of December including a refreshment area ail sent by Corvera

Good news,

Appreciate it is early days but has anything been mentioned on costs / concessions for property owners?

I will have rates later this week and yes there will be a concession for property owners plus an annual and part year membership schemes

 excellent news, how much will the golf be for residents and when will the clubhouse open along with restraunt etc

Indeed this is great news.

It would be appropriate I believe, to offer the current owners who kept faith as it were, a  'thank you'  type gesture when considering and announcing any golf fees.  A nice to have and one well earned I think.
