Jardin 8 President & Proxy Voting

We are new owners on Jardin 8 and have been sent a proxy form to name someone to represent us but have no knowledge of who our president is or if anyone is standing for president.

If anyone can shed any light on this it would be much apreciated as we wouldn't want to waste a vote when I could make a difference.

Further evidence of an administrator who is playing a game, the objective of which is to marginalise non resident owners.

Why should an administrator whose task it is to serve the owners send a proxy form to an owner with no agenda .... the agenda contains the proposals to be voted upon and then ask for it to be sent to a representative when previously they have instructed it be sent or handed to them.

The symptoms are so so clear to me it is untrue the similarities with what happened here.

My advice to you all is vote against the appointment of  ML as your administrator and allow the elected Presidents to negotiate a situation suitable to the needs of the Community on the basis  that you are the employers and they are the employees....they won't like it but if they want the job !!!  

It will take a strong will and some hard work initially but will be worth it in the end I promise you all.

once again you are incorrect in your understanding of the current position and like all of your observations they are without foundation basically because there is no comparison between CDA and MCC, and you are relying on the negative postings of people who have personal agenda's rather than the benefit of the resort and its owners and some who are being swayed by what they read on here.

The agenda was sent with the proxy forms

The L3 presidents are appointed by the residents nothing to do with the administrator so how the Presidents interact or not is nothing to do with them

The Administrator cannot be blamed for Presidents not doing their job and communicating with residents nor for residents not trying to talk to the presidents for 11 months of  the year.

I am not happy with the decision to keep or remove the Administrator being made at the same time as we appoint our presidents. The presidents should be given a chance to understand the detail of managing the resort and the Administrator first hand without  being influenced by remour hearsay and outside supposition.

ML continue to work positively on the resort keeping it in extremely good condition and I for one will be very disappointed if they are removed. People need to look at the bigger picture and not the unfortunate actions by both sides over the past 4 months

Not smoth, being an owner since 2008 Nov, I echo your comment totally, I for one have seen first hand how the resort has improved under ML and continues to improve.

Fighter 2, please keep your nose out of business that you do not have the full knowledge of, surly you must be busy enough focusing your efforts on your own resort as it certainly needs focusing on and anyone that has been to your resort will know what I mean. Question for you how are your Tarmac tennis courts looking these days, because when I visited they certainly needed flattening and re building.

What a quick reply that was anyone who uses EOS know you get a notification via an e mail if you have contributed to the thread when someone else replies.

As you had not added previously to this thread under Chaddyowl therefore not received an e mail from EOS you are either so board at home or indeed you are on EOS under various names.

What is your answer?

I, also, own on MCC (as well as my interest on CdA).  MCC is an efficiently run urbanisation, which is reflected in the Community fees - I own a semi detached, 2 bedroomed, bungalow, on a 170 square metre plot; the Community fees (thanks to Fighter 2 and other hardworking owners) are only €17.65 per month (which include, but are not limited to: Basura, gardeners, road sweeping, street lighting, a Community office, an activities centre, security cameras, expansive green areas - more than 10,000 trees and shrubs recently planted).

Peter, I am very pleased that your are pleased with your resort.

I for one hope that ML do not invest any of our money at this moment in time on the football pitches that Polaris World left us, these would be used so rarely that this would be a waste of resource and money.

ML keep going, don't let the ptan gang win as in my opinion this would result in a melt down of the resort.

How many time have people asked for you to provide evidence and yet you provide nothing and please let's not go back to the waste of paper about the written warning, as anyone who has read this will see there is no meat to it.

You, obviously, have never been on MCC.  If you had, you would not make such a comment.  As an owner on both 'resorts', I believe that I am in a good position to know what actually 'shows in the results'.

Is the proxy form on the downloads on EOS definitely the current one being sent out by ML at the moment?

Does anone know who is standing for President on Jardin 8 ?

I have tried e mailing Millenium but to date have received no reply.

Hi  folks ML will not except the proxy voting paper from this forum they have changed it completly and they will only except

the one that they send you. no information about who's standing for presidents better still you have to be a mind reader and

put  their passport number on the form who you are voting for.

And do you want ML as your Admin next year Yes or NO

After I queried it, the candidate I am voting for in J5 has checked this issue of passport numbers directly with Mileniun.  It is your own passport  number that goes on the form (twice) not the candidate's.

Now have our proxy form, but ML has not replied regarding who may be standing for J8- maybe that means no-one is. Our proxy voter is trying to find out if anyone plans to stand- will post if have any info before the end of the week.
