I'll tell you what:  You prove to me that you are not wearing 'rose tinted' glasses (that ML have never acted in an inappropriate way), then I'll apologise (for whatever), then I'll shrink away and hide in a corner, never to be heard of again........

This post is entirely fictional and in no way relates to a meeting held yesterday on a holiday resort near murcia.We are playing a game called,can i just get a straight answer to a straight question,my friend plays the roll of business and i an intested party.The moneys left in budget counting in 7 hundred thousand which were owed stands at 5 hundred thousand in the bank,me so what do we have in the bank,my friend as i said 5 hundred thousand,but if we remove the 7 hundred thousand surely were 2 hundred thousand in debt,my freind no we have 5 hundred thousand.(repeat this scenario for half an hour)After a while i got bored and told my friend it was a boring game if he wasnt going to give me a straight answer.As said this is entirely fictional and a game my freind and played,peace out all

Presumably, your friend is getting paid for his services - say €300000 per annum.  I wonder what he would say if you suggested that he takes ownership of the debt in lieu of this payment?   €700000 - €300000 = a potential extra €400000 for him to do a job he should be doing anyway.

I suggest you take some of that money and invest in some English lessons instead of the double Dutch you have just posted.

can I just ask who organises the many markets and Fiestas that have made our resort such a booming success this past year as well as organising the labour to keep our resort looking fabulous when many others are falling to rack and ruin, It wouldnt be Mileniun by any slight chance would it?

With the community fees you pay if your a resident fella,its great spending money but 2 hundred grand in debt is bad jive no matter which way you look at it fella,yeah free fiesta free beer free food,its not free its paid for by us,as is the grass being cut we pay,2 hundred grand in debt is bad managment full stop and as a community we said yeah carry on throwing our money away,as i said peace out

blakey i suppose the growth of the square and golf course are due to ml as well,the growth of this resort is due to polaris losing control and a decent rental agreement from irm and individual private owners,blinkered is blinkered i suppose,but hey i will actually hate saying i told you so, xxxx

Yes extremely rude, you have no right to insult me because I have a different view to you. The burden of proof does not lie with me as you are the person casting aspersions and accusations (although not clearly) about ML. Please explain what exactly (backed up with evidence and not tittle tattle) what ML has done then you may gain my support for your cause! Until then I won’t hold my breath.

My original post implied that, where ML are concerned,  you were wearing 'rose tinted glasses' (and some of their actions at the recent AGM's tend to bear my posting out).  You, rather dramatically, chose to take offence at this.  If you can show that I have been 'rude' to you (i.e. prove that where ML are concerned, you are not wearing 'rose tinted glasses), I will have no hesitation in apolgising.  I will leave the form/manner of this 'proof' down to you - but I would suggest that the way that they treated/handled the pTan 'affair' would 'trump' any such proof put forward.

If I have mis-represented ML in anyway then they are free to challange me themselves.  I can not see that, even if I have casted  'aspersions and accusations' about them, it would be any of your business - unless, of course, you have their permission to represent them (doubtful).  You have the right to post your support for them, if you so wish (it is a free forum after all), but to take offence on their part, and to demand proofs in their stead, is going a tad far - don't you think?

Very interesting, the insult was "Rose tinted glasses". Perhaps you and your ilk are the final word on everything at Condado? Personally I enjoy my place in the sun and feel it is well run. I'm still waiting for the proof of wrongdoing (not hearsay). Please don't assume I am posting under some pseudonym, I find that insulting. I'm more than happy meet anyone to discuss things further when I'm next at Condado I'll probably be out in Jan/Feb and would love to buy you a pint/glass of wine and finally understand what the real issues are. There again why would you wish to discuss things with someone who has no real grasp of the situation and clealy just enjoys burying their head completely in the sand!!!

If you a really what to meet for a chat i'm more than happy to hook up and explain why i have the opinion i do over the past issues.    But for now we are where we are, the AGM's are over, the new presidents elected and the administration renewed.  I wish them all luck for the coming year.

That attitude after your falling out with the administrator does you great credit and I for one commend you for it. If you can take that stance then other people without an axe to grind should be able cut Mileniun some slack and see where it takes us.
