filling in proxy the proxy vote

Just wondering ,

on the proxy form after where it says CONDADO DE ALHAMA there is a gap for us to fill in , what ? Is it a date ? if so is it the date of the Agm or the date I give my consent to my garden representitive for the proxy ?

Or is it for something else?

Downloaded the proxy form from this site and urge everyone to do the same , do I know the agenda ? no I dont but I DO trust my representitive to use my proxy vote correctly when the time comes , if any one does not trust their rep then find someone you do trust with your vote , its the one thing you definately have control over so get it sorted sooner rather than later , dont use the excuse that you didn't get an email from ML , that reason for not sorting your vote/proxy is now moot ..

this is a link to find the  page where you can print out the form for voting , print it , fill it in , scan it and scan your NIE or passport and send to ML and your proxy representative if you have one.

Thank's for that Ken i have used the link that you surplied printed proxy form off and sent it to my president whom i have voted for.

I will say to people do the same as i have done and send your vote to some one you know, let  them uses your vote if you can't attend the AGM

Still waiting for my email from Milenium i am on Jardines 2 and it is now the 21st November not very good for anyone that want's to attend AGM 

We  realy need to sort this out.

Just remember to also send a copy of your vote and passport to ML also , dont give them an excuse to exclude your proxy which they might try to do if they dont have a copy.

             thank for the repliey don't know what the gap is for after condado just left it blank my president said that i had filled proxy form in ok.

I just filled in the bottom part to say who i was and who i wasgiving my proxy vote too.

I did hear that Milenium wanted us to vote on who we wanted to be our administrator next year they must be having a laugh or they must be on another planet not got my vote

We seem to have a 3 way split on this forum, a third of people Hate ML, a third Love ML and the rest dont know who to believe.

I form part of the last third! So my only vote this month will be for Rylan on Saturday night. I urge you all to do the same, we cant let Jahmene win, that would be worse than keeping ML or getting rid of ML depending which side of the fence you are on!

So Darren sitting on the fence over ML and now you vote for Rylan and i blamed Louis for keeping him in.

Just recieved my proxy form from ML not the same that is on the link on this forum, have they changed the goal posts again .

What i would say is send them the one they send you and send one to your president your voting for

Just checked my mail and have received the voting form ,

will send off tomorrow after some deliberation and info gathering about the administration vote . I am not disatisfied with the running and upkeep of the resort but have questions about the handling of the finances , based , I must say on information read mostly on this forum , information which I dont know how accurate it is .

Thats a question that I won't answer tonight though .
