Completion of Purchase

Just had my mortgage confirmation.  Can anyone let me know how long it took between signing with the notary and getting the keys

Well it took about 10 seconds for me last month, mind you I was with the Notary for 2 hours, paperwork, paperwork, paperwork........ Those guys really do like to dot all of their 'i's and cross all their 't's. My only tip would be to make sure you and your solicitor have everything covered as I know if I hadn't have been there in person and been using a POA instead it wouldn't have happened. Basically they hand the keys over there and then as soon as they are happy with all of the documents.
