I am in the process of updating a document I give to friends using my apartment which sets out the resort facilities.
It's been too long since I have been out to Condado, so I don't really know what restaurants/shops are up and running in the town centre.
Can someone provide full details of all restaurants/shops/offices now on site?

The owners of the french restaurant must have signed before the bad bank crisis kicked in - no more can be signed for until this is sorted out. We are currently waiting to sign for one is anyone else int he same position ?
Or does anybody have any other news/information on this ?

IRM owns Al Kasars - they are a grup of 5 banks and it was set up for them to take it on when Polaris left us high and dry
Spain is now in alot of trouble so they set up a bad bank like in the UK where all the bad debt will go to the bad bank until this sorted releasing of all the bad debts no properties can be signed for (houses or businesses)
This is what we believe to be correct from IRM but if any one else has any other information to explain whats happening please add a reply

Doubt that to be true as the whole point of a bad bank is to off load assets to recover some cash. There might be some administrative delay in a contact signing due to recent changes but this is Spain where bureaucracy is king. Properties appear to have been selling fast due to ridiculously low prices. Hope this ends soon so we can get back to a better supply versus demand situation and start to see property rise in value. The Director, Enrique, of IRM has told us this what is happening as has Rupert from Costa Colida Homes on the Al Kasar's Centre.. We are waiting to sign and we also know of people who have paid deposits but still are unable to sign
