Lifts

Hi

When we obtained the keys in December the lifts weren't working and it's now the end of February and still not working?

We have contacted the selling agent, Solicitor, Bank and got lots of excuses. Does anyone know who is responsible for the lifts so we can get this resolved?

We set up our Community Fees direct debit straight away and the first payment has already been made, so that can't be an issue.

It depends which bloque you are in ?

If you have bought in Phase 3 The electricity is still being paid for by the developer Ros Y Falcon.

So they have not switched the lifts on yet.

This is about to change as meters are being installed and the switch is about to be flicked for want of a better word.

Apparently in phase 3 Endesa the electricity company wanted 1.4 million euro just to press a button in the electrcity box to connect electric to phase 3 and the deveoper reportedly would not pay I am led to believe so dont quote me dont want Ros Y Falcon suing me . Ha Ha   but it seems now all is being resolved and phase 3 electricity is about to be connected and we will all be paying our own bills .
