Dog Fouling

Why is there so much dog fouling in DV, are these owners to lazy to use a poop a scoop? I feel that this type of owner does not deserve to have a dog.

 I agree with you, I am a responsible dog owner and always pick up after my dog, I also found that I am picking up everyone else's poo up. I have been temped to stick some poo bags on the bins..  ! I can't understand how someone can just walk away from it??

Obviously my remark was not directed at a responsible dog owner like you, in fact , I wish there were more, I am a great dog lover and have owned many German Shepherds and god forbid any of my dogs habits to annoy any other person but these people still exist, as a dog lover I applaud you and I hope you continue to enjoy your dog/s, if there were more owners who took rensponsibility like you.
