New Owners - in need of advice

Hi, we have just completed the purchase of our 2 bed apartment in the village and are coming out at the end of November for a very short stay to collect keys, sort out light fittings, shower screens, tv, etc.  We are very excited but a bit aprehensive as our Spanish is not yet up to scratch and we don't know how to go about getting a handyman/electrician etc.  If anyone can offer any advice, we would very much appreciate it.  Soooo looking forward to spending quality time in Duquesa. We are coming over with our furniture in early February next year : )
