We got the keys to our appartment at the beginning of December and were assured by the Solicitor that all the direct debits for the water, electricity and community charge had been set up. 1 month later no payments have been taken and it looks like nothing has been set up!
We are in the process of sorting the water and electricity payments but were wondering who we contact regarding the community charge? We are willing to make a payment over the phone if money is outstanding and set up a direct debit for future payments.
