Hi everyone.

Has anybuddy had any problems with their floor tiles??. We have just returned from our first visit to our apt and during our stay the floor tiles began to crack leaving us a bit upset.!!!  Although the apt hasnt been lived in before us, we did not expect that to happen. It appears that the millenium office didnt want to know as it was inside the apt. Cant bear the thought of replacing the whole lot or indeed the mess this will cause.Any Advice out there.?????

Regards MO.

The tiles can be obtained fro a firm near Cartegena (not sure where) and there are plenty of handy men and skilled workers around Condado who can fix.....sure one will be along in while.

The name of the store where to find to tiles used in Condado is Terrapilar.  They have several stores, also one a few km before the shopping center in Cartagena. The website is  www.terrapilar.com

Hi,
We bought some floor tiles last year from Terrapilar in Cartegena we got them for the Bathroom when buying they told us there could be a slight difference. There was a massive difference the colour was spot on but the vein in the tile was really prominent. I am glad that we replaced them all otherwise it would of looked silly.
If your not going to replace them all I would check all the other tiles 1st before starting to replace the damaged ones. The best way to do it is get a kids hard bouncy ball and bounce it on each tile you can tell by the hollow sound which tiles will need replacing. This is due to them not putting enough tile adhesive down.
Sorry if this is bad news but hope it helps.
