The floor in our apartment is looking dull, and prior to us moving in it looks like paint has been spilt and badly cleaned - is there anything anyone can suggest to polish the whole floor up??

Thanks in advance

Hi Debs435

Just get one of the proffesional floor polishers you see advertised either on Manilva Life Forum or in the free papers and Magazines.

We had ours done when we moved in over 3 years ago now and its still as good as it was then .

Sorry I cant reccomend anyone we no longer have his tel no. but I am sure they will bring up the shine for you.

we recently bought a steamer too I love it . One of the best purchases we have made .

Hope you get sorted

Sue

Hi

We had our floor polished and it made a great difference as well.  Interested to know more about the steamer Sue,  Does it maintain the shine or dull it down a bit?

HI

No it doesnt dull it maintains its shine and I just go over it when dry with one of those bobbly anti static floor mops .

We bought a Vax they have been advertised on tv lately for £99 we only paid £60 on an offer in the UK. really light and easy to use .

You can put cleaning fluid in or just water . We only use water.

I find the floor gets so dusty and the dust rises onto everything ,the TV is always dusty as is the table. We have a dog too and she shakes herself and makes dust . But when we use the steamer it stays dust free for days and days .

You get 2 spare pads too and they are machine washable deff a good buy much better than a mop and they dont advise mopping anyway  that what the polisher told us ,so dont know how you are supposed to keep the floors clean .

Deff reccomend it There are a few diff ones on the market with tools and such but we just have the upright version.

Good Luck

Sue
