Has anyone used the above solicitor to complete on a property sale on Condado? Can you give any feedback on their service?

They have been recommended to me by the agent but on all the advice you read about buying abroad it is always recommended not to use the lawyer provided by the agent as they may be acting in the sellers interests.

I have another solicitor I could use called Abaco Advisors who were recommended by a friend. They are more expensive and may not have the local knowledge that P&LS have.

I used PALS for my purchase off plan back in 2006. Also recommended them to several people and they have been very happy with service. They still do my taxes etc to this day. My agent was Best of Spanish.

I too used PALS just last year and found them to be nothing other than Professional, very helpful and friendly.
Their offices are only a 10 to 15 min drive away in Mazarron and Sally who looked after my Condado purchase was always on hand to advise and instruct. Best of all their fees were very competitive so, in my opinion, all in all you'd be hard pushed to find someone better and more knowledgeable for Polaris sales.
Yes I would highly recommend them.

I too have used them just recently completing last month. They were very good and Sally always got back to you via mail when you requested info etc. They took care of everything even getting water and electric meter installed and connected. Also best price around, would highly recomend them as well.
