Its all gone quite for the moment , which means no news is good news.
I would like to comment on Arenal's PR Department , for not keeping their clients directly informed about the delays, the only news we get is through our solicitor and through this forum.
I wonder how Arenal will handle any snagging issues if there are any.
There should be a retention kept in an escrow account and if you are happy with your apartment then the retention money should be released. We do not to have to deal with any further problems than we already have.
