Where can I have my keys left for A2Z?

Hi

I am going over to Alhama for the first time to our new apartment at the end of May. The solicitor has the only set of keys and A2Z will not take responsibility of them to install the broadband modem for when we arrive.

Is there a reception or somewhere we can have them sent to? We will also need to retrieve them 9:30pm on a Thursday night when we arrive.

Any help or info will be appreciated.

Hi,

You will need a keyholder. There are several companies offering this service on site, including the administrators (ML). We use Sparkleclean and are very happy with their services. (www.sparklecleancondado.com) . But as said, there are many more so look around and choose.

 Indeed, you need a keyholder to collect the key from you solicitor and arrange to let A2Z in.  Failing that the other option would be to arrange for A2Z to come on the first tues or thurs when you are here.

As Phil says you will need to get someone to collect from the solicitors otherwise you will not be getting into your property. They will be closed this late at night.

Or you could stay in a hotel or rent an apartment for the first night and collect the next day from solicitors (assuming that is a week day). Then you will need to go to administrators (ML) on site in Al Kasar who will give you your post box key & security swipe card upon production of a passport or something similar photographic. Anna is the best one to get this sorted for you at ML.
