I have had info from fincal  and they say that the pool will be open this thurs and fri   , and the same for sat and sun weather permitting

By the way I also have received the minutes of meetings ( i think ) but they are all in spanish  has anyone else received these

Had email from Fincal last week. Jose said he was emailing all British owners to reply with their suggestions on when they would like the pools open this year. He ws meeeting up with the President to put forward suggestions.

Hi to all

The pool (small) is to open on the 1st June we were informed last week whilst at LB, the site is looking good, the paddle & tennis courts are also to be open from 1st june, you will be required to collect 4no only cards from Fincal.

they also say the large pool is to be open in July

the weather has been great the past 2 weeks.

we also need to email Jose at fincal with our views & suggestions regarding the times pools etc are to be open so that he can put our views etc enblock to the presidents when they meet, he tells me he is willing to do this so that we the British can have more say & be represented more otherwise the whole complex will be controlled by the Spainish owners as apparently they are 70% of the owners and all presidents are Spanish.

Dont know if you will pick this up as you are in the sun now but great idea to meet up for a drink in the bar.

Not sure when we will be out but trying before 25th June.

Yes! The small pool and tennis courts opened on time on the 1st June. The pool is great - clean and well maintained, open from 12 noon until 8pm. Large pool(s) progressing but I wonder if they will open on time - there´s a lot of work to be done.

Barbeque - if youré here before the 25th give us a shout and we´ll meet up.

 Met you last week in LB (Brian & Linda) found out just before we left on Friday 1st June when the Presidents of various blocks were walking around the complex that because of the error the developer made with the size of the pool for phase 2 and they are in the process of developing another pool alongside it to make up for this error - when these pools open they will require 2 lifeguards which will obviously cost us more in community fees. I did suggest to the Presidents who are due to meet with the developer soon that they should tell the developer that he should pay for the extra lifeguard since it was his error.
