Looks like this will be they way to go for most of us, ie a private contract or DIY. At 300 euro that is 60 euro a year or 5 euro a month onto the CC, assuming they were all done every 5 years and I'm sure if we were giving out a contract for all of Condado there would be a substantial discount on that. Why on earth this is not part of the community budget is just beyond all reasoning.

Hope it turns out well and your apartment will look the best in the garden.

 it's an absolute joke that this is not carried out as it's meant to be. The resort will end up looking shocking.
