Al Kasar - Mileniun Rules ???

Does anyone know what power Mileniun have to enforce rules

For example if people did want to swim in the pool what could they do about it ?

ML are only administrators and are not there late at night when the swimming happened. It would be securitys job to stop it! If it was something serious, then police would be called!

I dont think security covers Al Kasar, as thats owned by IRM and not the community? I may be wrong, but that was my understanding.

 I think the Al Katraz has no security , at least I have not seen one since we live here. There is nobody to enforce this at the moment, by the way it wasnt necessary so far as the visitors always behaved well. Do you think it's necessary to have this policed properly?

If they do police Al Katraz  then maybe they should start with the businesses as there are some dodgy dealings going on there that they should deal with first  - not all of them just one or two of you and you know who you are

Welshlassy, rather than start a vague rumer, that could implicate innocent business' why not share the "Information" you have of this dodgy dealing with us on this forum, or even the police if its that "Dodgy"

You all read the posts on this forum so should all know about some businesses getting stopped as others are worried they will take their business, and the threats of businesses pulling out unless they get their own way. This seems to be true as the banks pulled out of the negotiations stopping any further signing of the contracts, despite them agreeing to the businesses ideas initially .  Then there's  the under handed dealings with banks, businesses, and estate agents that have been put on posts on here which we know to be true as we know some of the people involved.

We all know no sub letting is allowed yet this still goes on - businesses sell things which arent set out in their initial contract as they dont want to loose out to other legitimate businesses

For your information the police havent been informed but solicitors/lawyers have so it will be interesting to see what happens because as many of us know there is a lot of corruption going on over there at he minute

There is plenty of evidence available in the form of emails of the said businesses involved and copies of the contracts - I am currently advising someone involved in this as I am a solicitor. Im not prepared to share any of the details but as I said alot of this has already been stated in posts on here previously. Therefore they arent brave statements just ones of truth, which need to be dealt with to allow fair trading

Kev - I am an owner as you said though based on british law, however I do have contacts of people who know Spanish law well which is a great help when trying to sort out issues

Liz, I do read the forum and I am aware of the situation you refer too, this was covered ad nauseam on a separate thread. However I mainly heard one side of the arguement from one person who claimed his/her business had been blocked. I also heard on the same thread that the same person had attempted to sub let the terrace to an existing business in an attempt to make some additional money.

I do believe there are two sides to every arguement and I don't feel I was in possession of all the facts.

I have no proof that what I heard was correct and could have been malicious rumours or sour grapes. To me it was nothing more than hearsay.

As a "solicitor" I would be careful about accusing business' on Condado of participating in "dodgy" practices on a public forum, unless you of course are privy to some proof?

Your right Darren (I hate to say) the posts on here could well come back and bite you Welshlassy if your not careful!

As Darren says there are 2 sides to every story and I have no doubts that evidence is in abundance on both sides! The truth will come out I am sure but be careful when poking a hornets nest.

I can't believe a real solicitor would conduct their business on a public forum like this.

I was questioned and provided answers as to what I meant as I said Im not prepared to go in to detail and the things I eluded to were only what had been put in previous posts on here so I have not conducted my business on here just referred to previous posts

People are very judgemental on here - I mentioned my job because I felt I needed to back up how and why I had evidence and for no other reason. Like I said as an owner Im more than entitled to put my opinions on here as you all are !
