Car Wanted

I am after a car that I can leave at my apartment for friends and family to use. Not really sure about 5 or 7 seats at the moment.

My friend who works off shore has a fantastic Toyota Rav 4 for sale on Condado.

Its in mint condition with 4 new tyres and a new battery, it has 1 years itv ( mot )

It only has 78,000 kms on the clock around 48,000 miles.

Hes looking for 7,500 euros. The car has a massive boot for golf clubs. He

has brought his new car from the UK and so this is the only reason for selling.

7.5 k for a car to leave out in the baking sun for casual use only, unless in penthouses and have some shade? A car is a liability, not an asset....there are loads of good clean cars out there for 2 k or less! Remember, unless in penthouses, this car will not be in the shade.  Then you then have children throwing doors open and little dents appearing!!

What sort of budget were you thinking of ronnarch?? There are always cars for sale on Items for Sale Murcia on Facebook...or be amazed at price of cars on www.ooyyo.es

Thanks all. Tbh Eddie, 7500 is a bit much for the amount of use it going to get and you are right, leaving it out in the sun all day every day. Without sounding tight, as cheap as possible but not to the point of it being totally unreliable. I will check out both sites and try Kevin Heslop if I can work out how to send a new private message to someone....

I would look at Toyota, Honda, VW, Seat, citroen the more reliable makes....there are so many cars about and it is a buyers market.....you really should get a decent car for 1500-2000... Cars are a lot, lot cheaper in France....especially the French makes...then all you would have to do is pay relevant tax and ITV it here...
