Hi,
We have been trying to sort this out with Polaris for well over 3 years, including sending them pictures of the problem but still with no luck
We tried Millenium for insurance but they said we werent covered on the insurance ! as its classed as not being structural - They then emailed Polaris for us as we had tried this several times and they put it in Spanish in the hopes we would get a reply but still no luck we have since asked Millenium to assist us further but with no luck to date
We are planning to visit their offices when we are next out in July to see if we can get any progress - we will keep you informed and please do the same with us as we all need to stick together to help get this resolved. It seems like now they have our money they arent interested in sorting anything out and the 10 year guarantee isnt worth the paper its written on

Are you a 2 or 3 bed?
We were contacted by Milleniun 2 weeks ago saying the people in the apartment below us had damp in their "launch"( lounge I take it) caused by a leak on our terrace. I have contacted Polaris twice now through their website. There is a customer contact link at the bottom of the page. Strangely We are still waiting for a reply.

Hi Leigh
Just wondered is the damp on the wall with the stairs to the roof terrace at the side. The reason I ask is that we are next door and we had damp there originally. At first Polaris just painted over it, but in the end they advised that the steps had not been sealed correctly and so they lifted all the tiles resealed, painted inside and hey presto no damp. If it is there then I would say that it is a structural problem.
Hope that helps.
Ruth

Hi Ruth,
Yes the damp is there - we did argue that it was structural but they disagreed with us
Who did the repairs and how did you get them to do it ?
Thanks
Leigh

Hi J & P,
We also tried the Polaris website but the same as you we were ignored - Milenniun advised us to pay for it ourselves as we said the guarantee isnt worth the paper its written on so good luck with your case
ANy joy please let us know and we will do the same
