Welshlassy if you have evidence of illegal activity it's your duty to take it to the police and not spread vague innuedo and rumour on a public forum that casts suspicion on all businesses in Al Kazer.

But hey, you're a solicitor, so I'm sure you know that already. :)

Welsh Lassey is not a lawyer, she is the husband of the other fool - Leigh Bristol.

I was wondering how long it would take someone else to spot this as it was becoming so obvious, never mind boring.

In fact as you may also have noticed they created another identity being 'curious_1' in addition to welshlassy and leigh_bristol from which they attempted to start a slanging match against The Clover. Quite rightly that post has now been removed.

There is no room on this forum for such bad taste and behaviour and any such person(s) attempting to stir trouble like this is only making life hard for themselves as neither will such attitudes be appreciated in the resort on their next visit.

I think it's time to move on............

This is Leigh - I do not have any alias's what I have to say I have said on here - unlike the two previous posts Big Brother and Sadlassey, hiding behind made up alias and slinging mud at people when they really dont know the full facts.

I HAVE NEVER SAID I DO NOT LIKE CLOVER AS A MATTER OF FACT I DO LIKE THE CLOVER AS ITS A GREAT TRADITIONAL STYLE ENGLISH PUB AND AT THE HEART OF AL KASARS, AND I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER THERE ON MANY OCCASIONS, ENJOYING BANTER WITH LYNN, AND NEIL. WE HAVE HAD MANY DISCUSSIONS WITH THEM OVER WHAT BUSINESSES WOULD WORK ON AL KASARS, BOUNCING OUR IDEAS OFF EACH OTHER !

As for Welshlassy being the husband of me ??? think you meant wife ? I think Claire would have something to say about this !!  As far as Im concerned Welshlassy is just speaking her mind as an owner as I have on here and whether or not people agree or disagree is up to them. Just like some people (previous 2 posts) have said what they want to say but are hiding behind names

As for the Curious_1 they know who they are and it certainly isnt me, maybe they can verify exactly who they are - it could be sadlaasey or bigbrother as they both seem able to create alias's quire easily and then say its me

Someone seems to be going to great lengths to make me out to be the bad one - calling me a fool, saying Im whining and crying, creating alias's and trying to discredit me. Perhaps it is the businesses that all of this concerns that are the ones behind this ?

All I want to do is have AL Kasars run fair and equal for every one so that every one can benefit from it

If I had wanted to be nasty I could have put the evidence I have on here which would have turned customers away from these businesses. I have never named anyone on here, nor will I. I just want to get to the bottom of why these people did what they did.

If the people on the previous 2 posts big brother, sadlassey,  welshlassy, curious_1, and maybe some independant people eg a couple of presidents and the business owners want to sit down with me and my partner to go through what has happened/been said etc then Im more than willing to do this to stop all the rumours and bad feelings. There should be some form of committee for the businesses to stop this sort of thing from happening in the future

Because we dont live out there people believe the ones that do live there as they have their own little click and can discuss it and stir up trouble for us which is what is happening. We have had a few calls and PM's on here of people who have been out there and told us what is being said about us - we arent there to defend ourselves. All what we have had to say has been on here which is why we have the bad name - others are doing this privately giving us an even worse name but not having the balls to say it directly to us

Looking forward to getting this all sorted out and sitting down in a public meeting with the people concerned for the good of all at Condado so we can all move on

I have been following this thread from afar without getting involved, but I must say that if Welshlassy is a solicitor then I am the King of England! I would think that after all the years of training and the stringent qualifications required to do that particular job then the very least that is required of you is that you can put together a letter or email (or forum post) without mispronunciations or other grammatical errors. ( I am not sure if I have spelt those two long words correctly, however I am NOT a solicitor) Her posts remind me of my sons English homework years ago and that is why he got a D grade!

Evening all.

Can I just begin by stressing that I am not an alias of welsh lassie, leigh_bristol or anyone else. I am a new owner who really is just curious about Condado.

My focus really was on The Clover and I cannot believe the can of worms I seem to have opened with a simple, one line post. It certainly seems as though emotions are running high and, as an out-sider, it is such a shame to see all of the accusations and name-calling. Can't the past remain in the past so that everyone concerned can move forward?

I think Condado is fabulous (I wouldn't have bought a property if I didn't love the resort) and I'm incredibly keen for all businesses to succeed. Sadly, I see businesses that I think are great, which are not particularly busy and I wonder why. In some respects I can see where, in my opinion, improvements can be made and I have spoken to the business owners to provide feedback. In the case of The Clover, I can see great potential for it to be so much more. I do not want to be negative but hasn't anyone else noticed the smell in the bar? This might seem a minor issue but it really puts me off.

The reason for my original post was to try to gauge how others feel. Unfortunately my post was closed down before I had chance to read all of the comments.

With regards to the discussion on 'under-hand' dealings, it is a shame that this happens, if indeed it does. I can't really comment as i know nothing of what's happened but let's hope for the sake of all owners that anything illegal is stopped immediately.

Just reading some of the previous posts from our favourite "solicitor" Welshlassy. If she is not connected to Leigh Bristol, then they have both shared remarkably similar experiences.

On a thread called "outside terrace" Welshlassy states that she attempted to rent a unit, however the deal broke down at the last minute, due to a dispute over who had use of the outside terrace?

If I remember correctly, Leigh Bristol claims to have suffered a similar experience?

The also both love to spout negative comments and stir rumours about existing business' in Al Kasar.

Leigh states that Welshlassy is not his wife, however I suspect there must be some kind of connection, business Partners or family members maybe?

And God forbid don't forget the oh so 'curious_1', as alas he too (or he three), is having similair problems with particular owners of retail units in Al Kasar.  I didn't know there was so many people (person) with the same personality disorder on this forum, or is it simply that schizophrenia is widespread throughout Bristol.

Hope its all good over there and the sun is shining !

This is getting silly now, Ive just reread this thread and there are alot of posts picking on individuals. Welshlassy, Curious_1, also people calling me a fool, and accusing me of having lots of names on here. I thought this was a site to help people not pick on them.

Its starting to look like a bullying site, the rules say to be friendly and not mention names yet my names been mentioned,  people certainly havent been friendly. All Im trying to do is fight to make sure Al Kasars is fair and good for everyone. As for bogus names, Bigbrother and Sadlassey have both been very nasty. Its funny they have only sent 2 messages each. Looks like its a couple as the posts are put on the same day in less than an hour of each other ! and all of their posts have been negative.

They say about personality disorders,  if you read their 4 messages they are all picking on someone, me, welshlassy, and curious_1. So what does this tell you about their personalities ?! If they want to sit and talk it through with me they are welcome to as I offered in my last post. It would be good to have their real names. I can guess who they are it doesnt take a genius to work it out ! They picked on Curious_ 1 who only asked a question - isnt that what this site is meant to be about, asking questions and getting information ??

At the end of the day all I want and I think all you want is for this to be sorted out. When you all hear and see the evidence it will soon become clear. Ive asked for a meeting but everyones chosen to ignore this again !

I may be wrong with my thoughts but it would be good to know for the whole of Al Kasars/ Condado

If we do get to have this meeting then it should be put to rest dont you think ?
