Sand, sun, stairs and waves all come together to provide an excellent setting for an incredible full-body workout. Exercises include agility and power drills, short distance running or power walking, jumping rope, circuit training, core conditioning, push-ups, and more! All you need is a beach towel, plenty of water, change of clothes and a sense of adventure!
Beach Bootcamp runs over 2 consecutive days and last for 2 hours each day. Limited number of lifts are available from Condado.
Bootcamp starts at 08.30 and runs on the 29th & 30th June, spaces are limited.
