Roof terrace tiles

Since day one, I have been unhappy with the roof tiles on my terrace. I reported it several times to Polaris in 2008 but they kept telling me they were fine. They are not and have always looked worn and peeling. Anyway, I don't suppose anyone has managed to get this resolved via the (mysterious) ten year building warranty we were supposed to get?? That's a joke. Anyway, since I'm probably more likely to become the next U.S president before this happens, can anyone tell me if they have had their terrace re-tiled or if anyone has had a price for this?  Hi Arlene, we also have a problem with the roof tiles peeling here and there. I did mention it on here previously and someone repsonded saying they got nowhere with PW. In fact PW claimed it was poor care by the owner! As we've followed instructions on care of the tiles and used appropriate products to protect them thats a bit galling, a comment that was also made by the person who responded to my original post. On our terrace it looks as though a batch may have been faulty as some area's are fine.

Anyway, my answering poster gave a name of someone who he employed to replace some tiles but unfortunately I cannot locate that message. Just wondering if Carol Miller might have the name of someone who could help you/us.?
