FREE AQUA AEROBICS
As part of the summer fiesta celebrations, Mileniun have organised free aqua aerobics sessions 3 times per week. The next session is tomorrow Friday 19th July at 9am in the pool at Jardin 9.
Why not get your day off to a great start with some fun exercise in the pool with Ian of CDA Fitness. The sessions are good fun and a great way to meet new people on Condado.
Everyone is welcome and the sessions are suitable for all fitness levels.
Keep an eye out for further information as the location of the sessions may change on some days. If you need any further information please message me.

The pools will change as not to upset people so watch out for emails from ML, but I am expecting to be in Jardin 9 again on Monday.

Sounds great but I'm not waking up til 11! Hopefully once I've caught up on my sleep and recharged my batteries I can set my alarm and join you. Any chance you might do some 5/6 pm? I know a group of us who'd love that timing. Just before our sangria ice lollies and sundowners!

Sorry only doing these aqua classes in the morning, however, if you want an evening class I hold some down at Camposol, on Monday at 5pm and Saturday at 10.30 and 11.30.
