I'd go to the Euronics shop on Camposol and ask them. If it needs re gassing, there is probably a major problem with it. JF

I think I had this issue as well, realised quickly nothing I could fix and not speaking Spanish went to euronics in camposol.

They were extremely good, priced reasonably and basically delivered a new fridge/freezer in 24hrs as I was happy to take a display model.
