Just had our patio/terrace cleaned by Neil from Naranjos 4 who's offering his jet cleaning service front and back for a very reasonable rate.
He's done a first class job and our terrace has never looked so good. After pestering Polaris for so many years to do it I'm amazed how great it looks now.
For those who like me who don't like the thought of having to do the patio every time you come for your stay it's perfect.
Can't recommend him high enough.
