Parking on roads and in front of garages

Hi everyone. Our daughter is staying in our apartment at the moment and after a day out, arrived back to find a car parked across the garage so they could not enter. How utterly ridiculous. At the moment security have called the police. Cars are obviously unable to exit the garage as well. This is the second time in a week that this has happened but on the last occasion it was a lorry parked across the garage. It is always difficult to exit our garage as cars are parked all down the road and even on the crossings. Everyone has an allocated space in a garage so please could people park responsibly.

We arrived back to see a car across a garage with security there also. we are in a different garage but sometimes have to park on the road because our space in the back of the garage is so tight that it is impossible to fit our car and our neighbours' in. When there are people opposite our spaces it will be even worse! Our allocated spaces are literally not big enough for fiestas to fit side by side and have either driver or passenger door open! I think this is why many people park on the roads.
