CDAD Prop direct debit

Can anybody shed some light on what our direct debit for CDAD Prop is?  Our Spanish solicitor set up our bank account and all of our direct debits when we bought our apartment in September of last year, but she has not got back to me with the answer to this query.
Since September we have had fluctuating amounts taken out in no set pattern at all!  We are really worried as we are struggling to budget with no set amount going out.  so far a total sum of 747,76 euros has been taken since February of this year?

Hi

This sounds like me to the Community payments to AEA.  I cannot recall the exact amount, and they are different depending on the size of your property, but they are made every three months for around 300-350 euros each time.  There is also a top up being paid of around 50 euros each time.

They have an office in the port near the arch or you can email valerie@aea-administracion.com

AEA are the appointed administrators of the community and collect the payments on behalf of the community.
