moving to terrazas

Hi ,

my wife and I will be moving to terrazas in a few weeks ,,, can anyone advise us who to use as a cable provider   for the TV ( especially englist stations) and internet for our apartment... we have an apartment on the island..Also any other advice would be greatly appeciated..

Hi Mick,

which block are you in?? We're in 163 and there is an alternative to A2Z for television, however, as far as I know, A2Z is still the only possibility for wifi in your apartment. They do an all inclusive deal for basically Freesat and unlimited wifi for 24 euros a month plus the installation of decoder and router, which I believe came to around 300, but my memory is not so good....

There are other companies about for wifi including ALBACOM, which are very good but the prices are similar to A2Z

First of all congratulations on your new apartment on the island

Which Block are you moving into on the island. At present Blocks 163 and 164 are currently looking to have satellite installed into both blocks. Also at a later stage we hope to have internet installed.

Hi, Thank you all for your replies to my quiery...we hope to move in next week Block 165.....would it take long to have the tv and internet installed ? As we are going to wait til we get there to order.      Regards Mick

I would suggest that you contact A2Z if that is who you are going with, and arrange for an appointment for them to install your TV and Internet in your apartment as soon as you get there. If you leave it until you are out there, then you may have to wait a while, things do not happen quickly in Spain. If you are only there for a week , then you may not get it at all.
