Recommendation for legal/conveyancing

We used LS Solicitors, Amaya was the lawyer's name.  They are tied in with the Millenium office (which may or may not be a good thing) but our experience was excellent.  I assume Millenium could put you in touch.  We gave them power of attorney and they sorted everything.  It all happened exactly as and when it should, and we were kept fully informed.

I understand this may be unusual in Spain :<)

We bought off a bank through an estate agent.  All was completed in  exactly 30 days from the date we signed the contract to the date our solicitor took possession of the keys for us.  We then collected the keys directly from the solicitor  when we were next in Spain a few weeks later.  We also dealt with Dawn Balls in PALS.

I too purchased direct from the bank and used PAL Solicitors in Porto Mazarron.

I have to say that Sally who works there took care of everything for me and I found her and the team to be ever so helpful.  I decided to pop backwards and forwards myself for the Notary and other will signings etc but PAL also offer this service for those who can't be present at the time.

No hesitation whatsover in recommending them.
