ROBBO17 - There are 4046.86 m2 in 1 acre, at €2.5/ m2 = €10117.15/acre – if we use €1.18 = £1 then that equates to £8573.86/acre.
I would draw your attention to just a couple of articles from the British press:
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/newsbysector/constructionandproperty/9873324/Farmland-prices-hit-record-highs.html
http://www.savills.co.uk/research_articles/104824/145543-0/0/1
The prices are comparable for arable land.
The value is, as always with any form of real estate, “what anyone is prepared to pay on the day”…………
Redrose - sorry that you have misinterpreted my comment; it was said in the context of a different type of person looking to purchase a more upmarket property, and their possible view of urbanisations in general.
Many of the urbanisations have one way or another hit problems, Mosa, Tramplin Hills, Camposol, Country Club and even Condado, to name a few. The reason, I think is the lack of attention in setting up a solid independent financial infrastructure for the future operation of the resort. They have to by law set up and complete the services, roads etc; but there is no regulation for the business structure.
Are you a secret fan again?.............the coffee is on you…..lol
