Jardin 13 pests

Seriously. Am I the only one totally hacked off with the 'garage' facility, abandoned wreck and barking dog on j13? They all seem to be associated with the same apartment. I complained to Mileniun in August about the abandoned vehicle and, to date, they have neither moved the vehicle nor had the good grace to respond to my subsequent email enquiry. Three lots of renters have complained to me about the dog barking and I doubt if they will return again. I pay my taxes, I pay my community fees and I politely asked for Mileniun to deal with these issues. So far- nada. What do I do now? I will try to upload a video or photo's of the car repair 'business' in the Condado community photos section and you will also see the abandoned vehicle in the background (white ford escort saloon).

Get the barking dogs put them in he car , then take the hand brake off and hey presto ..... I have noticed at the rear of jardines 8 there's a beaten manly caravan that needs moving as well

The abandoned Car on the back road of J13 I believe is the property of the Barman 'Louis' who used to work in the Clover and La Cata, the dog has been reported by myself and several other owners and the owners of he Dog have been sent legal letters from ML, on more than one occasion, however legally there is not a lot they can do ... or so we have been told.  I will call into ML again to see if anything else has been or can be done, rules in Spain differ greatly from UK and it is more difficult to legally enforce things if there have not been laws for these issues created or set.
