We have noticed that some has been dumping their unwanted furniture, 4 chairs and a large umbrella and stand , all damaged in block 3 ground floor penthouse unoccupied apartment. There is a large skip on site, use this. Some people are unbelievable, as long as they cannot see it, they don't care. I have told ML twice now, but it's all still there.
