Wanted.. Accommodation in Benalmadena

im thinking of buying in condado and im just wondering

if the jana villas are in a private walled in location with just two entrances and how many are released at the moment.

Hi Ace,

The Jana villas are in their own section with just two entrances BUT they are walled and private as standard. Only small hedges separate properties, however after completion you can build your own boundaries. They released 44 in this phase and there are still quite a few left. I think they are really nice properties and went into a rondella (very similar sized property on a smaller plot) and the dimensions seemed pretty good to me. For 250k euro approx. I think they are a really nice buy.
