no television signal

Arrived yesterday for a long weekend and despite having internet access, the tv part of the package from A2Z is not working.

Is this a common problem  on site? Security told me to switch system off and wait 1 hr and this would work.

This did not work and my brother in law in another block has also no tv signal

Any solutions??

Just a thought, 

Have you tried updating the box software as they are constantly being updated. 

Had to call A2Z out twice over the New Year for a couple of owners because of no signals apparently the splitter feed on both had gone, and these are from different blocks.  If re-tuning in the future does not work this could be a reason.  Carol & Roy
