Cheers, I have now been advised it is the 8 th? Not totally sure tho. It is bad if that is the case as no one has been told with enough time to sort out questions etc. What about if you want to be up for president? Seems very under hand, which is bad of the presidents and ML. Big brother.

I understand a discussion took place last week about the width of the lake and Alhama council will come to the Feb meeting and talk to everyone at the meeting to get there opinion on wether it make it smaller or not.They will also be stepping up with letters and legal action on people on La Isla who are doing things to there properties that are not in keeping with the resort. I hadn't appreciated the Feb mtng was the AGM.

Hi, do La isla have a separate 2014 budget?? Our proposed budget shows 8300 Euro for AGM expenses, meeting room and translating service!! Why have we moved our AGM from the Condado Club...which was free of charge?? I am sure the Bulgarian would have been happy to host it!!! I thought this was our AGM not ML's...so why on earth have the AGMs been moved off site??? Bulbs replacement 9800 Euro.....that's an awful lot of bulbs!!! Summer festival 20000???? Football pitch 4944.74???? Administrator...assume thats ML costs.........215549. So do you have similar budget for La isla??? Regards Rosie

But each sector like la Isla and jardins 1 and 2 etc has its own then adds to the whole community? Is that not the case? The figures mentioned obey defrost certainly look like whole community but I have also seen our sectors?

Yep, the bugdet for the AGM should be for the entire resort. This is then split into sections of the urban entity, shared costs and speficis costs, such as lifts and penthourse cleaning. The UE and shared costs are then divided amongst the level 2 by quota. La Isla does have it's own cleaning and security contracts which are specific to them so are only paid by that level 2 ( against the statutes and more expensive for you, but hay ho )
