H C Energia - how do I get copies of gas bills?

I haven't had a paper bill from HC Energia in the 6 years we have owned a property at Roda Golf. A direct debit was set up when we bought the property and we have been paying bills ever since. Can anyone tell me how I get bills either online or paper bills.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You must have registered for an online account, then log in cliente area in with your NIF and password.

Then go to Lisado de Facturas. There you will see a lst of all your bills. On each line of a bill at the extreme right is a PDF icon an @ and the word nueva. Click on that and a seperate box will pop up to print the bill. Then click duplicate or else you will lose it from the list and bingo a full printed copy of the bill.

It's very simple once used to it and much better than postal paper. The registering is the difficult bit. Good luck.

Have you checked your postbox at Roda as normally all bills are sent there.
You would have had to register your Roda address initially when applying for supply and setting up dd.

It is though possible that no bills have been sent as others have discovered, in which case you need to contact the supplier.

I do however think that you changed to HC Energia in the last few years as originally your supply was from Iberdrola and many of us changed on a promotion.

I'm in the same boat as Brian.

Have been with HC Energia since we bought from new in 2008 and have never received a bill. We get regular water and electricity bills to our post box no problem.

I think the direct debits were set up by our solicitor on purchase. I've previously tried to go online to see if I could access any bills with no joy.

So if you have any success Brian, I'd be grateful to know!

The only consolation I have is that the amounts collected by direct debit seem reasonable.

Like PAL I get paper bills for electric and water but none for gas. I don't ever remember changing my supplier but as was said at least the direct debit seem reasonable if not a bit irregular.

Mickyfinn, thank you for going to the trouble of explaining how to find a bill online. However I have never registered for online billing. Can you tell me how I go about it or the website address to use. I did some research last night but couldn't find the right website. Any help would again be greatly appreciated.
