Hi all
Fastest judgement ever.........just over 24 hours !!!!!!!
we attended Alicante court yesterday against the bank, we only arrived back in the uk at 4am this morning. we have just had a call from out solicitor, Antonio, to say the judge has award to us and the bank must pay our deposit bak in full plus legal interest from when they took our money. fabulous result we are overjoyed that our 9 yr nightmare is finally coming to a positive end !

Hew, Many congrats !! We too are with Antonio but our case isn't until Dec at Alicante, was yours against BBVA? Hopefully by December your case and others may have given the banks an idea as to what hey are up against. Well done and enjoy the news! Mark and paula

Thank you all, it certainly is a fab result ! Yes we used DWF. If anybody wants any more info feel free to pm me ! I know some of DWF clients have had a positive judgement on the initial hearing ! Ours was the final hearing. Vanessa
