What is happening with the community? This will cause a huge split between the owners on Angel. First its the swimming pool! What next, will the people on the ground floor ask WHY they should pay for the lifts? More effort should be spent on collecting the money owed to the community!. We pay our fees and our money towards the painting costs but have been told that our balcony will not be painted as we have cabinets against the wall. This will look worse than the different colours used when people paint their own balconies. Keep everyone together and target the people/companies who don`t pay.
