Key holders, services, advices @ Condado

Hi all... I had my flat (3 bed) rented on a long term for the past 2 years @ Condado. Mainly my parents were looking after for me as they also own a property there.

As Im getting back the flat, I decided to hire a key holder. Have read some old advices on few and have also already made some quotatins, but still cannot decide. 

Which one do you guys recommend?? Im looking one with weekly check of the interior and exterior including toilet and general sweep...

Also, on yours contract, which services do you pay extra? I saw Fairways offer a great deal on weekly checks, but anything else seems to be extra... 

I know is an old topic, but would love to bring it up to date...

We use carol miller and are very happy with her service. She also lives on condado which, fir me was important. She is easy to get hold of and is reliable and comes back to you quickly. We have been, and are, very happy. Our place is always spotless when we arrive. 

We have been using Maggie + Les at Azure since we completed  - they have staff on site are very repsonsive and the the appartment is always immaculate when we arrive - contact details as below...

 You should try Nikki and Craig brilliant and legal been with them 6 years, office in the al kasar

and aways on site, every service you could think of and very competitive on cost

not sue if thet are taking anymore on but you can ask

HI Barri, I though abour sparkle. The only problem is that they have only fortnight checks, and also my friend told me that the services and repairs provided by them are way above average price from other suppliers. Would you agree?

Obviously I am happy and if sparkleclean are more expensive

I have not noticed, only noticed quality of work which is top class

we used fairways for 2 years but we had issues with them including the fact that when we had some work done on the apartment they didnt stay with the builders just gave them our key to let themselves in and during one of these times our vacuum cleaner which was brand new was replaced by the builders own dirty old one! Then we found out from one of our guests that they were greeted by a friend of fairways who saw them into our apartment and handed over the keys to our guests these friends of fairways were people we had never met and had never given permission to handle our keys so we lost confidence in them as a company when you hand someone the keys to your apartment you put a lot of trust in them to take care of things when you are not there. we have since used les and maggie of azure who have had a number of couples living on condado working with them all og whom we have met when we are out on a visit we are always informed before hand of any changes to who has access to our apartment and all the greeters have gone above and beyond the call looking after our guests including going out to find guests at 1 in the morning who had got lost and they wouldnt take any extra money and when my father was out there earlier this year at our apartment he didnt want to hire a car but our keyholders checked each time they went offsite anywhere if my dad and stepmum wanted to go with them to see the sights or do a bit of shopping and again refused any axtra money but where happy to go out for a drink with my dad as a thank you I know they have done this with at least one other couple who have stayed in our apartment. we couldnt recommend them enough.

We have been used  Jill and Julie at CDA-services for a year now, they live in the area and that makes us feel safe.

They are always very friendly and their services are great.

I would also second Jill & Julie and have been using them for years, their details are on their condado de alhama daily news page that they also run, Jill's son James is also a qualified electrician.

They all live on site and are legal, also very professional, very helpful, very trustworthy, very reasonably priced and lovely people.

Does anybody knows if any of the recommended key holders actually live in Los Naranjos instead of Jardines? I guess is better having someone closer my flat... or, what do you think? :)

Hi Jill & Julie of CDA services both live on los naranjos and and as I have previously said are very professional, reliable, trustworthy and legal. They have lived on site for years so have made valuable contacts and have helped us out when we have ever had a problem.

I'm Mel of M&N Condado Property Management. We live on N8 all year round. Keyholding is from €105 p.a and cleaning from €45.
