Sorry about the previous empty post. i must have pressed somewhere where i shouldn't have!
anyway, can anyone help by commenting on a few concerns i have regarding the development?
i have been following this development for a few months now with an interest in a 3 bed Villa located away from all
the usual tourist problems. the concept reminds me very much of Centre Parcs in England, countryside, peace and quiet with the bonus of great weather.
Although the marketing seems in full swing, the building work seems very slow (i recall a post where the chap looked at this place 3 years ago!)
these are my concerns:-
Timescale for the first phase to be completed. and how long phase 5 might eventually take (holidaying on a building site!)
Whether or not the sports facilities and final landscaping will actually be completed or how long it might take.
Travel time from Murcia or Alicante- whats best from England, how long does it take at the moment and is there any truth in the rumours of new motorways
being built to improve the journey time.
how safe is the deposit and situation regarding only some people getting `ownership' documents.
i know this may be a `your guess is as good as mine' but any comments would be appreciated
