Hi Sue l will second Marie on that thanks, l needed an update fix, my end looks to be finished outside so it must be the inside work to go,it will be finished well before oct 08  at this pace.l notice the fencing has gone from around the plot of land at that end does this mean the are going to start the tennis courts etc, l cant wait to have a look in march 11 weeks and 2 days to go but whos counting.Have a Happy new year everyone and hopefully we will meet up next year for a few drinks.( hopefully the exchange rate will improve by then) Pat.

Hi Pat,

         The builders were very busy while we were there, and I saw the cleaners going in to your block so some apartments must be complete.

             I asked about the land for the tennis courts etc during my visit and was told work will not be started on it until the other buildiers have completed their work. I suppose this makes sense as council do not want to do the work and have it ruined by new buildings but we feel dissapointed (especially my children) as it may be a long time in the future before they can show off their lack of tennis skills! Nobody knows when new builds are due to start but when we were there we noticed a van pull up and look over the area where the new builds will be going so maybe it will not be too long before this starts.

Thanks so much for the photos. We were told that our block ( phase 2 ) would be completed by

May 2008 we are directly opposite the sales office, have you heard if this is the case as we

have now been told it may be Oct 2008.

Hello Debbie,

I am sorry I do not know any completion dates as I have bought in Mar y Sol blocks. My apartment was due to be completed dec 06 but we eventually signed in April 07, although at this time there was still work going on in the block we still signed as we could not wait to have the keys. I hope yours is completed soon.
