We have owned the apartment from new and have been living in it permanently since August 2012. It has never been rented and it was our intention to see out our days in Spain but we now need to return to the UK for family reasons.
We would discuss leaving some / most of the furniture.
We do not own a property in the UK so cannot afford to "give it away" despite the recession!
Remember you would be buying into a great development, community and location - not just an apartment (which is also lovely!!)
