We have now had our Minutes in the post, unfortunately Focus do not appear to have the organisational skills to send out the minutes by email, despite saying they will.
I have tried to upload the minutes to the Community page here but it has failed, though the site may be able to update it overnight so I will look again tomorrow.
We have a problem with the minutes and have contacted Focus who have failed to take on board our complaint and think everything is in order, If anyone else has a problem with them feel free to discuss it under this thread.
Our complaint is that we feel it implies we owed the last trimester of 2013 on the date of the meeting whereas by their own admission in their reply we had made payments in July 2014 long before the meeting. We have asked for a letter of apology and that all owners are notified of this error but they are refusing to apologise saying the have referred only to the date 30 June 2014 in relation to the debt.
Below is the wording in the minutes:
5º - Authorisation of the president to take legal action against the debtors of the community and approval of the debtors list incl. summary court trials. The Administrator explains that this point should be included in the Agenda of all the meetings to avoid legal problems when claiming from the debtors.
A vote is taken and it is UNANIMOUSLY agreed to give Power of Attorney to the President to give powers of attorney to Lawyers and Solicitors, to start legal claims against the debtors plus the interests, expenses of claims and costs that they generate (land register notes, lawyers' fees, postal charges, etc.).
A vote is taken and it is UNANIMOUSLY agreed to approve the debtors list, up to the date of the 30th of June 2014, which in case of error or omission is the following:
On the day of the meeting the owners whose name is printed bold and underlined do not owe anything from the 2013/2014 fee.

The administration gives a summary of the debtors. ..............
Robert Thomas owes the fee for one trimester.
Highlighted and underlined in red is the wording which we feel implies we still owe fees from 2013. We are extremely unhappy with Focus as Administrators. If anyone else has any problems please lets discuss them here.
