Hi Don. I think you are a member on site where the page links to there so you will be able to see them but general guest viewers won't, its not public and since I cannot differentiate between customers and non-customers it's the most private I can make it.

Maybe what I should do is remove the link to it here but I think it is important to let the those Sparkle customers who perhaps did not get the emails see the situation so they can decide what to do.

Hi all

Having found both Nikki & Craig very professional I am reluctant to take sides or listen to any of the gossip.

I will not be taking sides as I believe there are always two sides to stories to be told

I have spoken to Craig a short while ago & It appears that he still holds our keys etc so I have advised him of that Ham & I want him to continue to hold our keys for us 

I am flying out to Murcia on Sunday morning & have arranged a meeting with Craig whilst I am there just to clarify things

As mentioned he still has everyone`s keys etc but it takes time to email everyone individually but if you are Impatient it might be better if you make contact first

I am not posting this to influence anyone about which way to go but hope that all of us Owners, Nikki & Craig will get through this stressful period quickly

No one likes to see any couple have problems, yet this situation has only opened up the key holding/cleaning market for the competition on CDA.

If I were based on site I'd get advertising and hopefully offering a more flexible service and more competitive prices resulting in win - win for both the business and customer.

I think from what I have heard so far, all should be resolved by this weekend.

Don`t think Craig has an EOS account so presume he will be emailing us all soon

I am still going over to Condado on Sunday morning until late afternoon Friday to put my mind at ease so to speak

If anyone else is over whilst I am there & want to meet, always nice to make new friends, then please PM me before Saturday lunch time (going to airport Saturday afternoon, overnight stay @ airport hotel, early flight Sunday morning)  

We can then arrange day, time etc

Firstly can I say this is aimed for those of you who contacted me by PM to find out what happend whilst I was over on Condado last week

For those of you not interested then turn over or switch off

I had a few meetings with people I wanted to meet up with and a long one with Craig

Like all of us, he was as shell shocked at the speed in whch it all went. He still has the office & the company. He is financially stable so he can continue as before.

I am really picky about things that are provided in our apartment for friends, families etc on their arrival  

From the beggining I always wanted top sheets on the beds. I wanted 4 towels on each of the beds. Bath sheet, Bath towel, hand & face towel

I know there was never a time when a top sheet was provided because they were not on the beds when we arrived & neither was the bath sheet. If the company does not provide for the owner you can bet they aint there when someone else arrives

I arrived on Sunday to find all the beds had been made up even though there was only me arriving & yes top sheets & 4 towels were in place too. Who is a happy bunny.

Needless to say we are more than happy to stay with Craig & Sparkle clean

If you choose to go elsewhere thats up to you, just check that they are registered  for tax etc and staff are all fully insured for damage they cause in your property or they hurt them selves whilst cleaning. It is not your fault if they choose to stand on your bed to dust a light fitting & fall of & injure them selves.

Hope this puts you all at ease. but the choice in the end is yours to make
