AQUADEL CENTRE

Is there going to be any entertainment at the the pool and bar area this year. a few years ago it was great to go, no need to travel elswhere, and the entertainment was good. and all enjoyed it .   

There has been some entertainment on at the Aquadel already this year and more has been posted up for future events in the coming months.

We were told to let aquadel staff know what we would like to see at the pool area, as since the room was made smaller it hasnt been the same.

Joan - what suggestions would you give to make the Acquadel centre more appealing to us all?  As you say it has been made so much smaller so events like we had in the past (and thoroughly enjoyed) are not now possible.  It is very obvious to me that Taray always had their own "Agenda" for what they wanted on the site - the wishes of everyone who have invested a lot of money in their country is of no importance to them!!

All we ever wanted initially was a lovely pool to be able to have a swim as and when we liked.  Paco (apologies if name is mis-spelt) is a lovely man who makes everyone welcome and supplies us with a very good meal in a very friendly atmosphere.  Long may that continue!.  Pinot

When we last over in April we went to the Taray office and asked what was on the agenda for this year, as we were disappointed when we came over after the room had been made smaller to accommodate a gym. before that the room was big enough to hold enough people for a good entertaining evening, and choice of meals. We enjoyed these evenings meeting the community having a laugh being entertained to suit all ages, and not having to travel to have an evening out,since we have found it has changed considerably ,and our  family have not been that keen to go. We were promised a community club for all ages to go to but then it all changes they need to know what we would like we have paid a lot for our properties and expect to have the facilities promised to us. 

Paco is trying very hard to keep the bar going and is having acts on most Saturday nights and  a quiz every Wedsnesday night at 8.30 and provides supper at half time all for 5 Euros.  It is not his fault that the room was made smaller. When he as entertainment on he uses the area outside which looks over the small pool, he also has a Barbeque there once a month on a Sunday and could well do more often if he knew people would come.  Please come and use the bar when you are over or we may lose it.  As said before he and Maria try very hard to make a go it the bar but if people won't come he many well have to close as he as to make a living. One last thing if you are Facebook become a friend of Aquadel and you will get notice of all the things he as going on.

We, as a family, always give Paco all our support when we are over.  They are a lovely couple and do everything they can - also love the food they produce.  Haven't managed to be there when entertainment is on so look forward to it when I come over in the middle of June.  Will now join Aquadel on Facebook and thanks for letting me know.
