Today we've been granted a favourable ruling for two clients of our Firm by the Court no 12 of Alicante
The relevant thing is that, for first time the Judge mentions the latest rulings of the Supreme Court of 13th january 2015 and 30th april 2015, studying very similar cases to Herrada del Tollo and that state a clear position of the Supreme Court defending the consumers' protection that the Law 57/1968 provides.
These rulings set trends in this aspect, and make us hope that the rulings about Herrada del Tollo will be also in favour of the clients.
